ROGUE ONE: A STAR WARS STORY and Gillette

Description:

Walt Disney Studios and Gillette teamed up to celebrate the December release of ROGUE ONE: A STAR WARS STORY. The partnership included the "Every Story Has A Face" campaign, which consisted of television and digital ads depicting a beach-set standoff between a group of Rebels and a squad of Stormtroopers, focusing on one Alliance soldier. The spot ended by showing the soldier from the beginning washing his face in the morning before revealing that it was all an elaborate daydream in a fan’s head as he shaved with his Gillette razor. Fans were able to view an exclusive behind-the-scenes video of the shoot on the official Gillette website.

The ad’s debut coincided with the release of brand new ROGUE ONE-themed Gillette special edition gift packs, with characters from the film. Each set included its own set of accessories.
