Macy's partnered with Make-A-Wish for the Annual Believe Campaign. Through the Believe campaign, Macy's donated $1 to Make-A-Wish for each letter sent, up to $1 million, from Nov. 2, 2018, to Dec. 24, 2018. Customers could write their letters and drop them off in stores in the red Believe letterboxes or submit them online at macys.com/believe. The letter writing process was totally free and open to everyone.
