Description:
Lionsgate and YouTube teamed up to promote the theatrical release of W through a Mash Up Contest. At www.youtube.com/wthefilm participants could access film clips and audio clips W film and drag them into their own video and audio time line up to ten minutes long. When finished, the video was able to be downloaded into a YouTube trailer for the film. The trailers were then judged and the winner received a MAC Book Pro, Final Cut Express and a video camera. The contest ended October 17, 2008.
