Green Giant® and Scopely teamed up for a 10-day integration in the top grossing mobile game.

Kicking off November 1, YAHTZEE® With Buddies featured three custom Green Giant events including the iconic Jolly Green Giant, Sprout and their vegetable friends transformed as limited time “Dice Masters” in the classic board game for mobile. The integration ran for ten days and players competed in the “Green Giant Dice Master Showdown,” the “Freezer Aisle Maze,” and the “Green Valley Prize Climb” to win 8 new dice including the Shopping Bag, Canned Veggies and Pea Pod.

Green Giant also featured the game and its “Dice Master” characters on their Times Square billboards throughout the integration. Green Giant launched its Time Square presence in May 2018 with two 90-foot-tall displays featuring the iconic Jolly Green Giant and the brand’s line of Veggie Swap-Ins that include Cauliflower Pizza Crust, Veggie Spirals, Riced Veggies, Mashed Cauliflower and Veggie Tots. In late 2016, the modern-day Green Giant came back into pop culture prominence with a new ad campaign under its new owners B&G foods. This is Green Giant’s first integration into mobile.

YAHTZEE® With Buddies launched in 2015 and is a free-to-play mobile game on iOS and Android. As the #1 grossing mobile board game, YAHTZEE® With Buddies also has one of the highest average revenue per daily active user of any casual game in the world. A new and improved version premiered in November 2017 with updated features and technology, which drove 2x growth of the already successful product. The game has attracted more than 8 billion dice rolls and players take an average of 95 turns every day. YAHTZEE® With Buddies features player vs. player matches, “Dice Master Showdowns,” tournaments and limited time live events. The game has also featured other branded content including integrations with the NFL, My Little Pony, Ghostbusters and Ferris Bueller, among others.
