HOST A ROADSHOW PRESENTATION
RoadShow On-Demand was created to introduce the marketing community to a wide range of entertainment opportunities available for marketing partnerships. Each 20-30 minute RoadShow reaches thousands of top marketers annually and gives your most exciting properties and partnership opportunities additional and valuable exposure.
WHO: As a benefit to Corporate Members, entertainment companies have the exclusive opportunity to host two RoadShow Property Reviews during each annual membership period.
WHEN: RoadShow Presentation dates are available on a first come, first served basis and must be recorded at least two weeks prior to upload.
WHY: Over 30,000 marketers received notifications about each RoadShow On-Demand. There is no better audience for your presentations.
WHERE: RoadShow On-Demand presentations will be featured prominently on MarketingPartnerships.com for a min of two weeks. That’s 5,000 plus brand and entertainment marketers. (VIP and Corporate Members can view any presentation at any time). Your presentation will also be emailed to our 30,000+ email subscribers, and promoted on all of L.A. Office social networking sites as well as in a minimum of 20 LinkedIn marketing groups.
HOW: The presentations can be created in PowerPoint and utilize .mp4 files for video assets. Presentations are easily done from your computer... anywhere... without any special software!
If you have done a RoadShow before, you know we have a simple, streamlined process. If you’re a newbie, we will record you via live conference, match the voice-over and video to the presentation to ensure the highest quality, make edits, and upload it for you. We do all the heavy lifting. You just need to prepare the content.
ADDITIONAL INFO: In order to effectively market your session to the brand marketing community, we need the following marketing materials shortly after your session is confirmed:
- Company Logo and boiler plate
- Presenter headshot and title
- Properties that you will most likely discuss and session description (the session description needs to promote your session to the marketing community)
- Video assets in .mp4 format
- Presentation Format: PowerPoint using a standard 8 1/2" x 11" template
- Animation builds and special fonts cannot be included in your final presentation
EDITING POLICY
Here at The L.A. Office we want to make sure your presentation looks and feels as great as possible before being released to the public. We do a small amount of editing for each presentation to be sure video and PowerPoint assets run smoothly. Any further editing requested to the presentation will result in a fee.
