LeanIn.org and Lyft partnered to raise awareness of the wage gap between men and women with the #20PERCENTCOUNTS campaign. On April 4, 2017, Lyft donated 20% of proceeds from rides taken between 8am and 6pm to organizations that serve women and families like Dress for Success, Feeding America, Boys & Girls Clubs of America, and AAUW.
