Paramount Pictures and Jameson Irish Whiskey teamed up for the theatrical release of ANCHORMAN 2. The Jameson Cult Film Club hosted preview screenings for ANCHORMAN 2. Jameson also supported the partnership with a neck collar promotion on 80,000 bottles offering the chance to win an ANCHORMAN experience in New York for a winner and three friends. The winning team was put up in a 4-star luxury accomodation and toured a US newsroom, creating their own news report. Hundreds of other prizes were also given out, including DVD's, ANCHORMAN merchandise and cinema tickets. A Jameson Cult Cocktail Competition also took place across the UK where bars created an ANCHORMAN inspired Jameson Irish Whiskey cocktail, encouraging customers to vote for their favorite. The customers were then entered into a competition to win ANCHORMAN 2 tickets.
