MGM partnered with Church''s Chicken to promote the theatrical release of BEAUTY SHOP with an instant-win sweepstakes. Consumers who visited participating Church''s Chicken restaurants and purchased a 32-ounce soft drink received a peel and win game piece which revealed a winning prize or offer. One grand prize winner received a 3 night trip to Hollywood and attended the BEAUTY SHOP movie premiere, expenses included. In addition, Church''s Chicken was featured in the film via product placement and voice mention. The promotion began March 24, 2005 and ended May 21, 2005.
