The NBA and Dave and Buster's partnered up for a gaming opportunity.
The NBA teamed up with Dave and Buster's to allow Dave and Buster's to license the NBA name and logo, along with team names and logos on their new NBA Hoops Basketball Arcade game. The logo was featured prominently on the game equipment. The game was also able to represent each NBA team with decals and light colors.The partnership was announced in April 2018 on an episode of Inside the NBA, where the host and analysts did a product demonstration.
The game was available to play starting in July 2018.
