Description:
The NBA's Detroit Pistons partnered with McDonald's on a promotion that supported front-line responders to the COVID-19 pandemic in Detroit.
The partnership consisted of "Motor City Frontline Meals" in which the Pistons and McDonald's offered free breakfasts at all participating McDonald's restaurants in the city of Detroit to all healthcare workers, Detroit Police Department officers, Detroit Fire Department firefighters, paramedics and EMTs, and Detroit Department of Transportation bus drivers.
The promotion started Monday, May 11 and extended through the rest of the month, and was in effect from opening until 10:30 a.m.
