GSN, The Network for Games and Bank of America partnered to promote GET SCHOOLED 2005. GSN toured across America to play Word Slam for a chance to win $140,000 for college tuition. All champions from the 11-city tour traveled to Philadelphia to compete for an additional $25,000 toward college tuition, courtesy of Bank of America Student Banking. The event was hosted by Kimberly Locke and the event and promotion was sponsored by Bank of America Student Banking.
