GSN, The Network for Games and AOL partnered to promote the television series Casino Night as well as GSN'S WORLD SERIES OF BLACKJACK. Included in the partnership, the blackjack hub at AOL.com/Blackjack offered free Blackjack game play and tips from pros. GSN also made online and interactive TV games, including Lingo and Ballbreakers, available on AOL. In addition, AOL is rolled out a sweepstakes which offered the chance to win a seat on GSN's World Series of Blackjack to compete for a piece of the show's $1 million prize. Blackjack fans also had a chance to enter a sweepstakes at AOL.com/Blackjack to win one of eight eight-day, seven-night trips to Las Vegas where sweepstakes winners will played in a qualifying Blackjack tournament taped for AOL. Two finalists from the qualifying tournament was among 40 players who competed for a piece of the $1 million prize pool at the World Series of Blackjack at the Las Vegas Hilton. The grand-prize winner received $500,000. All 40 players were compensated from the prize pool. The sweepstakes ran from January 19, 2006 through February 7, 2006.
