Participants received three dollars by mail after they send in proofs of purchases from HANNAH MONTANA/MILEY CYRUS: BEST OF BOTH WORLDS CONCERT DVD and two L.A. Looks products. L.A. Looks packages contained the rebate form. The mail in rebate ended December 31, 2008.
