20th Century Fox and Tootsie Roll Industries Inc teamed up to promote the home entertainment release of ICE AGE: THE MELTDOWN. An "ICE AGE: THE MELTDOWN DVD Mail-in Rebate Certificate" was found on the back of select Tootsie Roll products. Consumers had to purchase four boxes and one ICE AGE: THE MELTDOWN DVD to redeem the $2 rebate that was offered. The rebate certificate ran November 2006 through February 2007.
