20th Century Fox and Sucrets teamed up to promote the Blu-ray and DVD of ICEAGE: DAWN OF THE DINOSAURS. Sucrets created a website for contestants to enter into a challenge “Save the Polar Ice Caps.” Participants design and illustrate a drawing showing the idea on how the polar ice caps can be saved, participants scan or take a digital picture of the drawing and submit the image within the contest period October 25, 2009 through December 23, 2009. The grand prize winner receives a visit to their school/ classroom by an animator from BlueSky Studios, Inc., The DVD release of each of the motion pictures , “ ICE AGE”, “ ICE AGE : THE MELT DOWN”, and “ICE AGE: DAWN OF THE DINOSAURS”, a Sucrets Ice family sample basket.
