Starting September 29, 2008, every Papa John''s order came with a coupon for $3 off INDIANA JONES DVD. Papa John''s advertised the promotion with TV spots. Papa John''s is promoting their XL Explorer pizza by delvering it in a limited edition box featuring a scene from INDIANA JONES. 2.5 million specialty boxes were made. Movie-themed gift cards were sold in incremements of $5 and were available for a limited time.
