The New York Life “Toy House of Marvelous Milestones” float was featured in the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade taking place on November 24th, 2022.

Spotlighting not only the fun-filled spirit of a toy house, but also the power of a legacy passed down from generation to generation, the “Toy House of Marvelous Milestones” told the timeless story of bringing people together, working hand-in-hand to build better futures for loved ones, and having a positive impact on communities. The float featured costumed actors dressed as “paper dolls” representing key life moments — birth, graduation, marriage, and retirement — as a powerful display that life is best lived when shared with loved ones.

The address marker above the toy house’s front door read “51,” a nod to the address of New York Life’s Home Office, a National Historic Landmark located at 51 Madison Avenue. The building’s gold pyramidal dome has been a beacon in the New York City skyline for almost 100 years.
