The National Basketball Association (NBA) had partnered up with Anheuser- Busch to promote the NBA ALL-STAR Sweepstakes. The sweepstakes period begins on October 15, 2009. Participants could enter the sweepstakes on internet, by visiting www.budweiser.com during the sweepstake, and follow instructions to complete and submit the online entry. Participants also may enter into the sweepstakes through text messaging, by texting “HOOPS” to short code “BEERS” (23377). The prize winner received a NBA ALL – STAR game prize package, including a round-trip coach air transportation for a winner and a guest, double occupancy standard hotel accommodations for two (2) nights, two (2) tickets to the NBA ALL-STAR Saturday night on February 13, 2010, two (2) tickets to the NBA ALL-ALL STAR game on Sunday February 14, 2010 and a pre-loaded $500 debit card.
