Japanese restaurant Kura Revolving Sushi Bar collaborated with SEGA where fans ould win some cool Sonic-themed prizes.

Dine-in customers could participate in the Sonic mania by simply purchasing a load of sushi. For every five plates ordered, a special animation played featuring the blue blur doing his thing. If a customer ordered fifteen plates, they won a randomised prize including lanyards, badge holders and decorative tape.

This collaboration lasted until September 2020.
