Warner Bros. Pictures teamed up with Macy’s to promote the release of SEX AND THE CITY 2. Macy’s launched a multiplatform campaign to celebrate the release of the film. The retail chain hosted fashion events and gave away movie screening passes in over 55 markets. Macy’s also offered a limited edition make-up brush set and tickets to the movie premiere. Macy’s used a TV spot featuring scenes from the film, direct mail, newspaper, and window displays to promote SEX AND THE CITY 2. The marketing campaign ran during May 2010.
