Starz partnered up with sports nutrition company MET-Rx to promote SPARTACUS: GODS OF THE ARENA, which premiered January 21, 2011. Contestants submitted minute-long warrior style workout clips and the winner with the most intense warrior workout video was given a walk-on role on a Starz Original Series. Entries could be viewed on MET-Rx’s facebook page. The promotion ran Q1, 2011.
