Consumers who purchased STEP UP 2: THE STREETS on DVD and an item of Frontline by Capezio dancewear were eligible for the rebate. Consumers had to mail in proofs of purchase and cash register receipts from the DVD and the item of dancewear they purchased along with a rebate certificate available at http://www.capeziodance.com/stepup/rebate_us.html. This promotion lasted from July 15, 2008 through September 30, 2008. Capezio advertised the promotion on its website http://www.capeziodance.com
