Frito-Lay and Lionsgate partnered to promote the theatrical release of THE HUNGER GAMES: MOCKINGJAY.  HUNGER GAMES fans could enter a sweepstakes by downloading the "Our Leader Mockingjay" app and scanning specially marked bags of Doritos for codes.  Once users maxed out their "District", they unlocked access to a special sweepstakes that gave fans a chance to win THE HUNGER GAMES memorabilia and one grand prize winner tickets to the red carpet premier of THE HUNGER GAMES: MOCKINGJAY.
