The partnership consisted of The Leadership Network collaborating with Toyota to create the "Leading the Toyota Way" Masterclass. Toyota put together the class for The Leadership Network that emphasized the tools Toyota management uses to success.

The Masterclass was presented in Virtual Reality and emphasized both the educational platform of The Leadership Network and the strong brand of Toyota.
