In addition to the rebate opportunity, consumers had a chance to win prizes through 'The Little Mermaid Platinum DVD Sweepstake.' Ten grand prize winners won a vacation for 4 days/3 nights to the bahamas via Disney Cruise Line. Ten first prize winners received a complete birthday party. Other prizes included LITTLE MERMAID-themed premiums. The rebate was available between October 3, 2006 through December 31, 2006. The sweepstakes ran from August 1, 2006 through February 28, 2006.
