The limited edition collection resulted from the collaboration between the two companies. Unfold, an app that creates templates, worked with Tommy Hilfiger to create a series of mobile templates patterned after Tommy Hilfiger's Spring 2019 TommyxZendaya collection. The Unfold & Tommy collection combined the aesthetic of that Zendaya collection with the mobile capabilities of Unfold's app.

Unfold users were able to access 15 Unfold & Tommy templates to utilize on Instagram or comparable social media programs. Every template allowed users to upload their own photos or videos and use Unfold's tools to create truly unique posts.

The collaboration ran from March 2 through March 12, 2019.
