Urban Decay Cosmetics teamed with The Cybersmile Foundation to launch the "Online Bullying Hurts IRL" initiative to bring awareness to the personal toll of online bullying and promote digital wellbeing. 

The Cybersmile Foundation, is one of the world's leading anti-cyberbullying nonprofit organizations and a multi-award-winning nonprofit organization committed to promoting kindness, diversity, and inclusion online.

The goal of this partnership is to recognize the very tangible and negative impacts that result from both seemingly innocent teasing to very, severe obvious bullying. 

As part of the campaign, Urban Decay partnered with select influencers to share their personal stories of online bullying. Fans and viewers will be encouraged to comment heart emojis on these posts. For each heart shared, Urban Decay will donate $1 up to $150,000 through September 24.
